Expression Poms Stud Service Contract
On the ____ day of ____(month) in 20__ (year) , I Paula Clark __________________ owner of stud dog AKC #________________, agreed to breed said stud dog to the Bitch AKC #____________, owned by _________________________________________________
Conditions of contract
Payment for the stud services shall be made as follows;

A guarantee is given that the above named animals were actually mated.
If the bitch fails to become pregnant the owner of the bitch must give written notice to the owner of the stud dog no later than 60 days after the certified due date of breeding. A return stud service will be given to the same stud dog without an additional stud service ONLY at the next heat to the same bitch, the right to return stud service is forfeited. All expenses of shipping (both ways) will be paid by the owner of the bitch. The owner of the bitch is responsible for the health of the bitch. The owner of the stud dog may require a veterinary certification of health of the bitch before breeding at the expense of the owner of the bitch.
The owner of the bitch agrees that any and all puppies produced from the litter resulting form the breeding of the two above named animals will not be sold directly or indirectly to or through a pet shop, specialty shop or wholesaler of purebred dogs. This is the established practice of responsible breeder of purebred dogs.
The owner of the stud dog is not obligated to sign the application for registration with the American Kennel Club of the subject litter until and unless the conditions of payment as well as all other conditions of this contract are fulfilled. The laws of the state of Ohio shall govern this contract. The forgoing Stud Service Contract has been read, understood , and agreed to in its parts, and in its entirety by the individuals whose signatures appear on this contract.
